Fees & Charges

1. General Payment Terms

• All fees and charges are due as specified in the service agreement or invoice.
• Payments must be made in full before the commencement of work unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment platforms.

2. Service Fees

• Pricing for services varies based on project scope and complexity.
• A detailed quote will be provided before any work begins.
• Custom work may incur additional charges depending on specific requirements.

3. Deposits and Installments

• Some services may require an upfront deposit, typically a percentage of the total project cost.
• Installment payment plans may be available for select services and will be outlined in the service agreement.

4. Late Payments

• Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of 20% of the outstanding balance.
• Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services and additional collection actions.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only granted under conditions specified in our Terms and Conditions.
• Any refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.
• Non-refundable fees may apply to certain services, including but not limited to consultation fees and expedited services.

6. Additional Charges

• Expedited processing fees may apply for rush orders.
• Revisions beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
• Any third-party fees (e.g., hosting, domain registration) are the responsibility of the client.

7. Taxes and Surcharges

• Applicable taxes will be added to the total service cost where required by law.
• Clients are responsible for any bank fees or foreign transaction charges incurred.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes regarding fees and charges must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of the invoice date.
• We will work to resolve disputes fairly and in a timely manner.
