Cancellation Policy

At ForeverMoore LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness to both our clients and our team. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellations:

   • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that no work has begun.
   • If work has already started, a partial credit may be issued based on the progress of the project.

2. Custom Design & Digital Services:

   • Due to the nature of custom design, memorial, and digital services, cancellations after design work has commenced will be subject to a cancellation fee.
   • If the project is more than 50% complete, no credits will be issued.

3. Print Production Orders:

   • Once a print production order has been sent to print, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review all proofs carefully before final approval, as ForeverMoore LLC is not responsible for errors after client approval.

4. Rush Orders:

   • All rush orders are non-refundable once work has begun.

5. No Cash Refunds:

   • ForeverMoore LLC does not issue cash refunds. If a cancellation request is approved, a credit will be given to be used toward Graphic Design fees for a future order.

6. Service Cancellations by ForeverMoore LLC:

   • In rare cases where we must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full credit will be issued, or alternative solutions will be offered.
